This 2007 large mixed-use development included retail, restaurants, offices, and luxury residential condominiums within thirteen stories, which made it the highest structure in Scottsdale. Eclectic styling was provided with plaster walls, tile roofs and ornate columns. Stepped upper walls, exterior terraces with shade canopies and two-story retail to the streets all mitigated such heights.
